Waki Mushani

Waki is an experienced Strategy and business management expert, Management Consultant and Trainer.  He has undertaken feasibility studies and business plans for various investment projects, including the determination of financial and economic viability of projects.  In his previous experience, he has served as a team member on various consulting projects in both the private and public sectors of various Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries.  Waki is also an effective and experienced management trainer especially in the field of strategic and business planning. He has previously served as Manager, Deloitte & Touche Development Solutions, and as an Investment Officer at the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC).

He has undertaken numerous feasibility studies on behalf of project sponsors for presentation to prospective financing institutions.  His work includes making financial projections to determine the financial viability of projects, putting forward financing plans for the consideration of both the sponsors and the financing institutions, and in general, determining the economic, social and environmental impact of a particular project.  He has also undertaken missions to various countries in the Southern African Region to promote  projects and to negotiate with project sponsors and other stakeholders.
