Bado M.J. Mnthali

Having worked in engineering consultancy since 1999, our Founding Partner Bado shares with the world the engineering, business and project management skills he has developed over two decades of practice in a variety of countries, both developed and developing. This recent reinvention of his practice entails a holistic shift into a specialized niche within consultancy, and practicing primarily as Project Development Consultant and as a Specialist Engineering Consultant on water sector projects. His Project Development consultancy specialization blends together engineering, business and project management skills, in collaboration with other professionals such as economic analysts, utility management specialists, accountants and planners, to name a few, in the process of visualizing, preparing, funding and execution of projects. The majority of projects he selects for development will focus on human development and also the food-water-energy nexus. As Project Development Lead, he focuses on the structuring and implementation of a wide variety of projects, primarily in and around Southern Africa, however, all of these projects will have the common thread of human development and sustainability as primary drivers, as well as providing scalability and attractive yield to project investors.
